  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PACKED AND SENT?
    All orders are packed and dispatched within 2-3 working days, 9-5pm, CET Monday – Friday (Paris, France). During sales, re-stocked items / new collection drops and public holidays, orders can take up to 7 days for dispatch. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, which will allow you to check how close you are to receiving your NUANCA bag.
  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    When your items have shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your parcel tracking number. To track your purchase, you can enter your tracking number following the link on the tracking email.
  • IS DELIVERY FREE IN FRANCE?
    The cost of delivery depends on the shipping method chosen. - Shop pick-up in Strasbourg is free - Delivery by courier in Strasbourg is free. - Delivery by DHL express/Chronopost is 5€ for small leather goods and 8€ for bags and trainers.
  • DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
    We deliver throughout Europe and most of the world. Within the EU, delivery costs are: - 8€ for small leather goods - 12€ for bags and trainers. For the rest of the world, delivery costs are: - 10€ for the 'small leather goods' collection and - 15€ for the 'bags' and 'trainers' collection. Delivery between 2 and 5 days. To order from the USA or Canada, you can use our dedicated website. For deliveries outside the EEC zone, customs fees/taxes may be applied to the import. These costs are to be paid by the customer.
  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO BE DELIVERED IN RELAY POINT?
    Yes, you can have your order delivered to a relay point by selecting DHL or Chronopost delivery. Once your order has been validated, you will be contacted by DHL/Chronopost who will offer you different delivery methods. You will then be able to choose the relay point of your choice, benefiting from the speed and quality of DHL/Chronopost delivery.
  • DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES/RETURNS?
    Yes, of course. Exchanges and returns are possible up to one month after the date of receipt of the product. If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will re-ship or refund immediately. If you're simply not happy with your order you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with us. For more information please see our return policy or contact us and we'll answer any questions you have. In France: exchanges/returns are free. Abroad: exchanges/returns are also possible and are at the customer's expense.
  • HOW CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN A PRODUCT?
    Please have your order number ready and contact us at info@nuanca.fr Products must be returned in their packaging, with the protective bag and the product label. They must not be worn, washed or damaged. Please do not leave the shoulder straps attached to the bag and put them back inside the bag before shipping.
  • DOES MY ORDER INCLUDE TAXES AND DUTIES?
    Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country or the country you’re shipping to. The recipient of the shipment is the importer on record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees. NUANCA has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; we recommend that you contact your local customers office for further information.
  • I DIDN’T RECEIVE AN ORDER OR SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
    Firstly, please double check your spam / junk email folder. Please contact our customer care team if you have not received an order or shipping confirmation email within 5 business days. Please note that during high volume periods such as sales and holidays, there may be some delays in dispatching orders. You can reach out to our customer care team here
