Terms and Conditions of Sale (French CGV) ​
Scope: These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website nuanca.fr ("the Site") and govern the relationship between the buyer ("the Customer") and Nuanca. By placing an order on the Site, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepts these TCS. French legal terms and conditions apply.
Products and Orders: The products available on the Site are accurately described and illustrated with photographs. The Customer can place an order by adding the desired products to the shopping cart and following the order process. Once the order is confirmed, the Customer agrees to pay the total amount indicated, including delivery charges and any applicable taxes.

Returns and Refunds: The Customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to return them to Nuanca and request a refund. The returned products must be in their original condition and accompanied by the duly completed return form. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights relating to the products, content, and the Site remain the property of Nuanca. Any unauthorized reproduction, dissemination, or use is strictly prohibited. Liability: Nuanca is committed to providing quality products that comply with the description on the Site. However, Nuanca's liability cannot be engaged for indirect damages, loss of data, or any other nature arising from the use of the Site or the products sold.
